Holiday Camps

Ages: Suitable for children aged 5 to 11. Children must be this age at time of attending camp for insurance purposes.

Activities and flow of the day: Each camp day begins with a warm welcome, allowing children to settle in comfortably. We kick off with fun, movement-based games, followed by morning activities aligned with the camp theme, such as positive mindset and self-esteem exercises. After a morning break outdoors, we engage in a mindfulness session featuring breathing techniques and guided relaxation. Following lunch, children enjoy creative arts and crafts, sensory play, and conclude the day with calming activities designed to help them unwind and relax.

A bit more about us for the parents: At our holiday camps, each day is designed to be engaging and enriching, with a focus on emotional regulation, confidence building, and recognising emotions. Our activities blend fun games with valuable life skills, helping children understand their own emotions and learn how to manage them effectively.

We create a supportive and joyful environment where children can build friendships, develop social skills, and explore their emotional well-being. Through interactive games and activities, they gain insights into their own minds and learn to listen to their needs, promoting skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.

Every location offers a unique experience tailored to the children’s needs, ensuring that each camp day is both meaningful and memorable. We encourage a balance of group play and individual reflection, fostering a space where every child feels valued and empowered.

Additional needs: We are an inclusive programme and fully recognise the many benefits of our activities for all children.

If your child has additional needs, please get in touch with us. We encourage you to be honest and open about your child’s needs so that we can prepare adequately and ensure we can provide the appropriate support. If your child requires one-to-one support at school, please contact us before booking so we can assess how we can best meet their needs within our camp environment. We aim to be realistic about what we can offer to ensure the best experience for your child. For more information on this, please read our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities policy here.
